Lois van Baarle (or loish to her DeviantArt followers, like myself) is an amazing digital artist from the Netherlands. Using a Wacom tablet, some crazy skills and a load of talent, she breathes life into her images. with a sketchy quality that looks unlike a sketch. I don’t know if that makes any sense, but I hope it does!

What makes these just great is that they look a lot like a new style of Art Nouveau (which seems kinda ironic). She doesn’t do any line work underneath her paintings, which I think is why they seem so fluid and in movement. But don’t just take a word for it!
